Here is the a three step method that helped me master my stage anxiety and become a professional host and speaker

Disclaimer: so before in dig in I would like to stress the fact that this method worked for me — now I am no psychologist or anything along those lines — but I am however a professional speaker, pitch trainer and moderator. So please take this into consideration.

I have been struggling with stage anxiety for as long as I can think. And to be honest, the first step is something I probably would have disregarded at the beginning of my journey. However, it is absolutely critical!

Step 1: Accept it

I know you are thinking:

What? I thought you were going to tell me how you beat stage anxiety and instead you are telling me to accept it?

I am. See, here is the thing. Stage Anxiety is considered a bad thing and it is, if you see it that way. But in a way its your body and mind telling you: this is important, this is exciting, maybe even dangerous!
