Over the past 10 years or so I have held more than 500 pitch trainings and in the course seen 1.000s of pitches. One of the most frequent questions I get is always:

“What should I include in my pitch?”

And to be honest, initially I would give you textbook answers … but over time I have developed a very simple approach to that question.

In essence, a pitch is a conversation starter — in fact, a pitch is more than that, its pretty much like dating (read more on this here).

“Ok, ok — interesting” I hear you say.
